BREST - city in western France

(before beginning, sorry for my english )

Brest is a military seaport at the westend of the french province called Bretagne (Brittany in english)
150,000 inhabitants in the city boundaries and about 200~250,000 in the urban area
Brest have been rebuilt after the world war 2, like Le-Havre, this city is totally made of concrete...
