CITIES OF THE STATE OF MINAS GERAIS, BRAZIL

Here I am, trying to post some pictures again. I hope this time it works...
Let's start with Belo Horizonte, Brazil's third largest metropolitan area (some 5 million live here)...I don't know exactly, but BH(to those who like the city) remember me Melbourne, Australia. In fact, Belo Horizonte (wich means something like Nice Horizon and, indeed it is!) is a very sofisticated city. Few sluns, high standard of living, efective transportation system and an excellent cultural life.
Here some skyline pictures[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG]
Now let's walk up and down the Afonso Pena Ave. city's main boulevard[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG]
Downtown from Municipal Park[IMG][/IMG]
Bias Fortes Ave[IMG][/IMG]
Some old and interesting buildings:
The first one is the Railway Station[IMG][/IMG]
The second one is the Old State Legislative Building[IMG][/IMG]
This one I don't know what it is...Caetés Street[IMG][/IMG]
Now some of Minas Gerais cities and towns...
This is Divinópolis, industrial and comercial center, 7th or 8th city in the state, 100 km west of Belo Horizonte[IMG][/IMG]
Divinópolis main Ave: June the first[IMG][/IMG]
Patos de Minas, 400 km west of BH, one of the most beautiful cities in Minas Gerais[IMG][/IMG]
Patos de Minas... Brazil Ave[IMG][/IMG]
Santo Antonio do Monte. The most important fireworks industrial center in Latin America[IMG][/IMG]
Bom Despacho[IMG][/IMG]
Arcos[IMG][/IMG]
... And last, but not least, my former hometown, Araujos 150 km west of Belo Horizonte[IMG][/IMG]

Hope you can see the pictures this time and enjoy them!!!>
