New Orleans: Post Katrina (Neighborhoods-1)

Took these pics on my first trip to the Big Easy since the disaster.

Downtown and the French Quarter seem to be on the road to recovery.
However, many neighborhoods are still a total mess.

There are a lot of pics. The threads will be divided into CBD-1, CBD-2, CBD-3,
