I have a dilemma.
I want to go to South America but am debating whether to go to Brazil or Argentina.
While Buenos Aires' temperature and recent devaluations are perfect for me, I also love Sao Paulo's nightlife huge city atmosphere and basically everything in Rio de Janeiro. I have a budget of $1,500 american. I want to backpack...Any suggestions for an 18 year old who really wants to get the heck out of New York???>
